Interim CTO
Technology leadership on demand – with strategic vision and operational execution. I take on CTO accountability, lead technology organisations, create clear structures and guide executive teams through critical technology decisions.
Expertise
What I take on. And how I work.
As an independent executive, I support companies through demanding technology initiatives: from strategy to stable delivery.
Services
What I take on
Programme leadership
Delivering complex technology and transformation programmes successfully. I assume overall control of demanding programmes, connect business and technology, and ensure clear priorities, decisions and execution.
Project management
Including technical project management: leading critical projects – especially where it gets technically demanding. I take responsibility for planning, steering and delivery, and get projects back on track when complexity, risks or dependencies increase.
Technology Strategy
Making technology the strategic foundation for growth and change. I develop technology roadmaps, assess architectures and technologies, and support management teams in strategic decisions – from modernisation and cloud to innovation and AI.
SAP Security
Thinking SAP Security end to end – from strategy and architecture to implementation. I support companies in assessing and advancing their SAP security, in critical issues and as a long-term sparring partner – also on retainer.
Approach
How I work
1
Strategy
Understand the situation, define objectives and evaluate options.
2
Leadership
Align teams, stakeholders and steering committees around shared goals.
3
Delivery
Concrete milestones, clear ownership and measurable progress.
4
Stabilisation
Ensure sustainable operations and embed knowledge in the organisation.
Network
When needed, I activate an established network of specialised experts for interdisciplinary challenges and additional delivery capacity.
